Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Egypt only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.
How long does delivery take?
2–5 business days depending on your location within Egypt. Cairo and Giza are usually at the shorter end.
Can I change or cancel my order?
DM us on Instagram as soon as possible — we pack and ship quickly, so the sooner you reach out the better.
Do you do custom orders?
Sometimes, depending on the piece and materials. Message us on Instagram with what you have in mind.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on Instagram within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.
