Where we ship
Egypt only
We currently deliver within Egypt only — all governorates. International shipping is not yet available.
Delivery time
2–5 business days
Cairo and Giza orders typically arrive in 2–3 business days. Other governorates may take up to 5 business days.
Packaging
Carefully packed
Every order is packed to protect your pieces in transit — no loose jewelry rattling around in an oversized box.
How it works
Order confirmed
You'll get an order confirmation immediately after checkout. If you paid cash on delivery, confirmation comes when the courier accepts the order.
Packed & handed to courier
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 business day of confirmation. We'll send you a message once it's on its way.
Out for delivery
The courier will contact you before arriving. Make sure your number is correct at checkout — missed calls can delay delivery.
Delivered
Your order arrives. If anything looks wrong or is damaged, DM us on Instagram within 48 hours with a photo and we'll fix it.
Returns & exchanges
Because our pieces are handmade in small batches, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on Instagram within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Order issues
Wrong address? Need to change something? DM us on Instagram as soon as possible — once an order ships we can't redirect it. Always double-check your address and phone number before completing checkout.
